Thank you for your interest in our properties! We suggest that you first drive by the property that you are interested in to ensure that you like the neighborhood and the surrounding area.

Completing an application in advance of scheduling a viewing appointment will help the application process go smoothly if you decide to pursue tenancy. Along with a completed application you must include proof of income and a copy of a government issued ID. There is a minimum income requirement for all properties which is typically 3 times the monthly rent amount. No application fee is charged if the applicant provides his/her own credit report; otherwise we charge a $35 fee that will be paid by the applicant to a third party service provider for a credit and background check (this fee is paid only after preliminary application approval).

We are active proponents of fair housing laws. Properties and approvals are determined by the best qualified applicants, not on a first come first served basis. Our properties are no pet and no smoking properties and we have a zero drug tolerance.
